Working on a term paper?

Term papers will probably require a mixture of sources, including but not limited to, encyclopedias, dictionaries, books on the topic, and articles on the topic. Listed below are a few ways to get started:

You may ask at the Reference desk for the encyclopedias and dictionaries
You can use the word or words that describe the topic, with the word "encyclopedias" or "dictionaries" as a word search in InfoLinks
Or try the Encyclopedias and dictionaries page for some online sources that the Libraries' provide.
