PROCEDURE:

1.        The student must complete an additional project as defined by the instructor to merit the substitution of Honors credit for a non-honors course, and the instructor must provide a description of this project in the space above.

2.        The student obtains signatures from the instructor of the course and the Chair of the Department offering the course (A&B).

3.        The substitution must be approved by the Fulbright Honors Program Director by the 10th day of classes of that semester (C).  Following the Director’s approval, the form will be returned to the student to keep until the completion of the course.

4.        Once completed, a final signature by the instructor is needed (D).

5.     The form should then be returned to the Fulbright College Honors Program Office in Main 517 (E)

Coursework is accepted as honors level work by the Fulbright Honors Office and the Fulbright College Dean’s Office, but it will appear on the official UA transcript as a regular course.
