Chemical Testing
			The image above shows a sample taken from a bowhead whale. Scientist take samples and perform a series of tests on them to determine the presence of pollutants and evaluate the health of the animals. Testing has repeated shown that bowhead whales contain very low levels of known pollutants and are a very high quality food source.
