This section of the Master Loop Trail Map shows a greenway route from the Frisco Park Pavilion on First St. in downtown Rogers to the Community College, on the north side of Hudson Rd. and west of Water Tower Rd.  From downtown, the route follows sections one, two, and three of the Greenway Trail, then heads north via the 100-year flood plain to Hudson Rd. (Hwy 62), then west along the highway to NWACC (in Bentonville). Total length: about four miles.

     This link trail was discussed at the July RG&T Committee meeting by a group including Jim Welch.  It was generally agreed that it would next in line for active development after the Blossom Way Greenway is completed. Several features and possible variations were noted.  For example, the city owns both Cambridge Park (green cross-hatched area south of Bekaert Drive on the map) and the newly acquired parkland along Hwy 62 from Dixieland to 24th St., excluding the two corner parcels. Perhaps these could be connected or incorporated.
