According to the marked map, it appears that Section one proceeds along the greenway trail from somewhere (???) downtown counter clockwise to N. 13th Street. (Note blue floodplain markings.)  Foerster Park and the Rogers Activity Center are just to the east of Northside Elementary along Olive Street.
