Course Description: HRDV 4663 HRD Leadership Practicum is designed to give students an opportunity to apply theories and principles presented in HRDV 4233 within an organizational setting. This course is designed to provide you with an introduction to developing / articulating an organizational vision. Goals of the course are to explore how an organizational vision is developed and apply these principles and practices within the work setting. Competencies : Upon completion of this course, the student should be able to:
Course Requirements: This course is self-paced and requires no group work with other students. However, completing the content of the course will require students to interview, observe, and document appropriate individuals and processes within their organization.
