| This course focuses on the planning, organizing, controlling and management of supply chain activities, including transportation, inventory maintenance, order processing, purchasing, warehousing, materials handling, customer service standards, and production. Emphasizes synthesis of the concepts, principles, and methods prevalent in marketing, production, accounting, purchasing, transportation, and multi-firm logistics planning for operations managers. Students who enroll in the video version of thise course must have completed OMGT 5003--Intro to Operations Management. |
