Reports and Mailing Lists
Information Services provides various types of reports on alumni, donors and gifts to the University. Departments across campus can request these reports. Some of the reports often requested include the following.
- Gift report showing donors and amounts given to a specific department.
- Gift report showing donors and amounts given to a specific account.
- Mail merge data file of donors for a newsletter or other mailing.
- Donors in a specific city/county/state.
- Weekly gift reports for a specific department.
