Advance Training
Advance Intro Traning
Information Services provides training in the Advance application software. Advance is an application used by University Advancement, including University Development, the Arkansas Alumni Association, and Special Events. It is used to record alumni, donor, and gift information, as well as memberships and event information. Users must first have an Advance ID for any training utilizing the Advance application.

Allocation and Scholarship Introduction
Additional advanced training is available for user-specific needs. Training is also available in Crystal Reports to view and re-run certin reports. .

Web Form Report Request Training
Information Services also offers Web Form training on how to request reports. This service is provided to all end users to demonstrate the various types of reports they may request from Information Services.
