Copacker and Contract Manufacturing
Some companies have excess capacity and may be willing to copack or contract manufacture your food for you. For a list of copackers, go to; http://www.foodmaster.com/. Under the Equipment search section, check “Products” and then under key word, type in “Contract manufacturing”.


Check around at some stores that sell foods. Most small food processing plants will usually copack for you if they have available capacity.
