Rather than having us re-invent the wheel, on this page you will find links to sites that discuss accessible programming and give you instructions or resources for learning how to do it yourself. To our knowledge, all of these sites are also accessibly programmed.

Creating Pages that Conform is a basic tutorial that explains the problems many people encounter with inaccessibly-programmed web pages and how to fix them.

There are a number of other guideline/checkpoint sites, all of them good; some are more suited to programmers who are very comfortable with HTML, while others are more suited to those who use WYSIWYG webpage editors.
