Professional Affiliation: Member, Board of Directors; Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD); term through 2008.

Hobbies: Traveling, reading, decorating space/interior design, sewing and embroidery crafts of all sorts, music (classical, blues & alternative), cheering on my beloved Buffalo Bills (and the Razorbacks, of course!), and keeping up with my 4 year-old niece, Peighton Brooke!

Hobbies: Scrollsawing, tatting, family activities – especially with my new grandson!

Working in the field of services for students with disabilities is continually rewarding, interesting and fulfilling. Each day there is someone new to meet and something new to learn. And there are ample opportunities to have a positive impact on the lives of others.

Working in higher education to ensure equal access to students with disabilities is a truly rewarding career. Each day I have the privilege of knowing that what I do will impact students and the responsibility to make sure that the impact is positive. I am honored to have that opportunity.

Being on the CEA Staff is a huge blessing to me. Watching students succeed in life is so fulfilling. I couldn’t ask for a better place to work than where I am now.
