All papers appearing in E.W.P.A. undergo a peer review process that is intended to last a maximum of one month from when the paper is submitted by the author to when publishing decision is made.

Papers appearing in E.W.P.A. are considered to be working papers. Accordingly, papers need not be in their finalized state, and authors are encouraged to submit their papers to journals...more
