Marc Holley is a Doctoral Academy Fellow in the Public Policy PhD program with a specialization in Education Policy. His interest in Education Reform is informed by six years of experience as a private school administrator and teacher. Before his career in education, Marc was a Peace Corps volunteer working with NGOs in southern Romania. Marc earned a MEd in Education Administration and Policy at the University of Georgia and a BA in Classics from Harvard University.
