| Laura Jensen is a Research Assistant in the Department of Education Reform. Ms. Jensen coordinates the logistics of data collection activities under the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP) evaluation and provides various administrative services in support of the project. She will be involved in the focus group sessions that are central to the “Parent and Student Voices” component of the MPCP study. A former special education teacher, Ms. Jensen has three years of experience assisting with studies of educational reforms targeted to disadvantaged youths. Prior to moving to Arkansas, Ms. Jensen was a project associate at the National Institute on Out-of-School Time, a research and training facility housed within Wellesley College’s Center for Research on Women. She obtained her B.A. (’01) in Psychology from Westminster College and her M.A. (’04) in Child Development from Tufts University. |
