Grub’s Bar and Grille in Fayetteville played host to MPPOC’s first meeting of the semester August 27, 2008. Jason Collins, co-owner of Grub’s and a Navy veteran, generously supported the event by providing half-price drinks and food to MPPOC members. The meeting was a great success as members socialized and made plans for future events. More than 20 MPPOC members took part. MPPOC would like to thank Grub’s and Jason Collins for their outstanding support of MPPOC’s dedicated mission — supporting the needs of military and veteran students.
It would be impossible for MPPOC to move forward without the generous support of its sponsors. MPPOC has a very limited budget, but our goals are vast. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors for their financial (or otherwise) support for our cause!
