Tasting Picture

The U of A Sensory Service Center is a non-profit entity to conduct basic and applied researches to better understand the roles of sensory aspects in food perception and acceptance. Main services include:

  1. qualitative and quantitative sensory testing
  2. consumer behavior analysis
  3. instrumental assessments for smell and taste perception, rheological property, and cross-modal integration.
