Overview
The U of A Sensory Service Center is a non-profit entity to conduct basic and applied researches to better understand the roles of sensory aspects in food perception and acceptance. Main services include:
- qualitative and quantitative sensory testing
- consumer behavior analysis
- instrumental assessments for smell and taste perception, rheological property, and cross-modal integration.
