If you are interested in having your child participate in a study at Word
Play, simply enter your information below. If you have more than one
child whom you are interested in having participate in a study, revisit
this page to provide another child's information. We will contact you to
schedule a time to participate when we have a study available for your
child's age group. All information you provide will be kept private and
will not be used for any purpose besides contacting you. Additionally,
all information we gather about your child during a study is completely
confidential. We will assign a participant number to your child's name
so that their information will never be associated with their name.
