Registration Forms

Boy Scouts:  To download the registration packet, please click here. 

Troop leaders will need to fill out a form for their entire troop and send it along with a check to the address listed on the form.  Merit badge classes will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we encourage everyone to send in their forms ASAP to ensure that your Scouts get enrolled in the class of their choice. 

Girl Scouts:  Leaders need to contact Megan Adams at the Girl Scout NOARK office at madams@girlscoutsdiamonds.org. 

Due to privacy concerns, Megan will be handling all registration for Girl Scouts.  The list of Girl Scout interest project badges can be found by clicking here.
