Two goals

1. God is righteous

(Habakkuk 1:13 & Rev 21:27)

Question 1: How righteous do you have to be to get into heaven?

Question 2: Do you know anyone that perfect?

2. Man is unrighteous

(Rom 3:10 & 23)

Question : If you do not go to heaven, where will you go?

3. God condemns the unrighteous

(Rom 6:23 & Rev 21:8)

Question : Based on what I showed you, if you died tonight where would you

go?

Get them saved

1. God loves you (Rom 5:8) "He wants to save you"

2. Jesus died for you (Rom 5:8) "You can be forgiven"

3. Jesus will change you (2Cor 5:21) "You can be born again"

Question : Do you understand that God can and wants to give you eternal life?

Third 'A': Acceptance

 

Explain how to be saved with Romans 10:9-13.

* The promise

* Repentance and lordship

* Believing

* Trusting

* No doubt

* Calling upon the Lord

* Accepting the invitation

* Praying

* Dealing with hesitation

* If you died right now, where will you go?

* Are you 100% certain?

* How do you know? ( Review 1John 5:13)

* If you died tonight, are you 100% certain you would go to heaven?

* If you died ten years from now, where would you go?

* If you died ten minutes ago, where would you be?
