| When this tree frog was a baby, tiny and cream colored, he jumped into the house through the open door and discovered the plant cuttings in water in the kitchen window. He lived in the window sill all summer of 2005, growing into the full grown tree frog that you see here. He was even bigger than all the tree frogs living outside. He was very quiet and always stayed in the window sill, either in the plant cutting water or on the sill. He ate gnats and other bugs attracted to the kitchen window light. One day in late summer, I found him sitting at the back door (near the window sill), waiting to be let outside (like a cat). I opened the door for him, and he moved out that day to live in the great outdoors. |
