September 5 to May 20+. Common migrant and winter resident. The approximately 850 "plus" on Lake Fayetteville October 23,
1984, was a migratory peak in numbers. Single birds have been seen on several occasions during the summer months at Centerton,
Lake Atalanta, Lake Bentonville and elsewhere.
