Dr. McLaughlin relocated from the Little Rock area, where she was practicing at an emergency veterinary clinic. She has more than 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine, including private practice and spay/neuter clinic volunteering.

Dr. McLaughlin will be conducting spay/neuter surgeries on adopted animals, along with operating a low-cost spay/neuter clinic for low income individuals. She will also be caring for injured and ill animals at the shelter, conducting disease prevention training for the employees, and performing euthanasia.
