The University Procurement System is a wide-ranging application which allows
campus users to perform the following functions:  

• Create and submit both regular and internal Requisitions 
• Submit Travel Authorizations and Travel Related Purchase Orders
• Create University Payments (UPAY) not requiring a PO
• View Purchase Orders 
• Perform Receiving
• View Invoice and Payment Activity

This is also the application in which the Purchasing and Accounts Payable department will create Purchase Orders and enter invoices for payment.  All vendors who are issued payments are also entered and stored within the UPS application.

Business Affairs Classes are Available for the Following Topics:

• Creating and submitting Requisition Headers and Lines
• Receiving
• Creating and Updating Travel Documents, including Blanket POs and Out-of-State trips
• Telephone Quotes, Tracking, Finding Invoices & POs, Accounts Payable
