ORDER INFORMATION: Please use order codes, i.e. RS40, RR20. We accept checks (on U.S. banks only), money orders, or purchase orders. Libraries, institutions and companies may FAX signed purchase orders with contact name, phone number and email required. All transactions must be in U.S. currency. SALES TAX: Arkansas Residents must pay 9.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING/HANDLING: All orders shipped UPS Ground. International orders considered on an individual basis. All orders: UPS shipping fees plus $2.50 handling. Include UPS shipping address and telephone number on order form.

PAYMENT: Individuals must prepay. Institutions/Companies: Signed purchase orders accepted by fax. Total amount due within 30 days of invoice date. All payments must be in U.S. currency.

RETURNS/SHORTS/REFUNDS/CREDITS: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Returns/Shorts: No returns allowed on overstocks. In the event of a short order or damaged volumes, please notify the Survey immediately via phone or email. Credits are not available.

DISCOUNTS: 10% for orders of 10 or more of any one Research Series or Research Report in print; 30% for 10 or more of any Popular Series.
