Flowers: Inconspicuous in early spring.

Foliage: Shiny, medium green leaves, dull to medium yellow fall color.

Fruit: Small red to purple berry, attractive to birds and edible.

Trunk, Branching, Twigs: Wart-like bumps on trunk and large branches.

 

Location: The Old Main mall, on the north side of the sidewalk, close to the front door of Old Main.
