Flowers: Inconspicuous, early spring.

Foliage: Pale green on emergence, rich, deep green in summer, russet-yellow in fall.

Fruit: Insignificant.

Trunk, Branching, Twigs: Bark peels to expose orange-brown inner bark.

 

Location: Behind Ozark Hall (west side) close to Bell.
