The Tarasoff Case

1. Moore is Poddar's Psychologist
2. Poddar tells Moore that he intends to kill Tarasoff
3. Moore informs campus police of Poddar's intent
4. Campus police pick up Poddar for questioning and release him
5. Moore informs his supervisor, Powelson, of the situation, asking what he should do.
6. Powelson instructs Moore not to pursue the matter.
7. Poddar kills Tarasoff.
