Student e-mail directory information is updated directly from SAFARI, the Student Information System. Once a student is defined in the SIS as currently enrolled and if directory "release" has been granted, a student's information should appear in the e-mail directory in approximately 24 hours.Corrections to this data should be made through the Registrar's office, not Computing Services.
Faculty and Staff e-mail directory corrections should be made through your respective department's "leave administrator" by using the Directory Maintenance (DIRM) function of BASIS. E-mail and directory data will be refreshed approximately every 24 hours in the online directory.
Arkansas alumni can request to have their e-mail IDs entered into the Alumni E-mail Directory. Additionally, e-mail/Internet service is available to purchase for association members. Contact the Arkansas Alumni Association at (501) 575-2801 or by e-mail to www@alumni.uark.edu.
