  1. What is Fayetteville like? At the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, Fayetteville is the southernmost city in metropolitan Northwest Arkansas and home of the Razorbacks. A favorite among families, corporate professionals, small business owners, students and nature lovers, Fayetteville is notable for its picturesque surroundings, rich history, cultural interest, educational excellence and healthy economy. There are multiple malls, and numerous corporations in the area.  Fayetteville/Northwest Arkansas is growing constantly and will continue to get a little bigger over time.   3. What are the admission requirements to all schools? The admission requirements to the University are the same for all schools. Students who have taken all the required preparatory curriculum courses and who have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and an ACT score of 20 (or SAT of 930) or better will be admitted automatically. Students who do not meet qualifications may be admitted on the basis of individual review of their application portfolios.

  4. What clubs and sports are available?   5. What is there to do? The answer to this question is it depends on you and what you like to do.  During the academic year, student organizations and fraternities/sororities host several events to which students can participate. Every Friday there is Friday Night Live where comedians, the latest movies and various activities are offered free of charge to students. There is hiking, camping, swimming, movies, malls, plays and travel to nearby larger cities available to those who choose those activities. Fayetteville is approximately 5 hours from Memphis (TN), and Dallas (TX). It is 1.5 hours from Tulsa (OK), 2.5 hours from Springfield (MO), 3 hours from Kansas City (KS) and Little Rock (AR). As the city continues to grow more and more events come that draw more people to the area.
