AHSI 2002 Daily Schedule

Teachers find that one of the best way to convey history is by telling stories, particularly to young children,  but even older children (and adults) enjoy leaning through the telling of stories and singing of songs.  Here Charles Sandage, joined by the group, Harmony, talks about how to use stories and music in the classroom.
 Music and Arkansas Stories live presentation by Harmony (Mary and Robert Gillihan and David Smith).
 Panelists listen attentively as a teacher poses a question to Shea and he ponders his answer.  Shea stirred something of a controversy by declaring that Arkansas was not a Confederate State until the 1880s and 1890s.
