Donation Assessment Form

In an effort to acquire horses for our program, we have developed a system to allow you to score your horse as a potential fit for the D.E. King Equine Program. This system is based on two criteria: what type of horse would best benefit our students, and what type of horse would potentially generate the most profit for our self-funded program. Horses scoring a '10' or above are preferred. Please fill our the attached form, and return with 2 conformation photos of your horse. Thank you!

Please provide your contact information so that we may contact you.  Your information will never be shared with anyone other than our donation assessment staff.
