Misty River Hounds Fox Hunt
Training Day
Misty River
Hounds, Huntsville, AR
Instructors will divide participants into 2 groups of first
and second flight riders based on horse/rider experience.
Each group will spend 2 hours practicing the appropriate
skills involved with hunting to hounds. If you are
already a member, this is your chance to school a young
horse, practice for the upcoming season, take a refresher
course on hunt skills and etiquette, or just come out with
your seasoned hunt horse and support the kennel fund. If you
are new to the sport, this is a complete introduction to
foxhunting which will help you understand exactly what you
will be doing this fall during formal hunt season.
