Lot 19 - 'Olivia'
Olivia was carefully bred for english events. She is easy to handle and has been easy to breed and foal. Her dam, Fan Tan Fern (TB), (show name Ghiredelli) who was a winning show hunter in the AHSA. Olivia's sire, Unfold, has foals are being shown in hunter jumper futurities and are consistently placing top ten. He is also sire of the 1998 West Coast Hunter Futurity Grand Champion. Unfold is producing consistent quality, athletic ability and excellent dispositions. His offspring have been successful at the racetrack, in the show ring, at events and in the hunt field. Olivia is bred back to Boeskoolboy for her third foal.Her first was the top selling
weanling at our last sale, and her second will be sold this year. Boeskoolboy, is by Jasper, a leading sire of jumpers, out of the ster mare, Marchien. Jasper is also the sire of Crown Royal Legato, an international show jumper and 1996 Olympic Silver Medalianist. After being imported to the U. S., Boeskoolboy successfully competed in jumping and eventing. He scored in the upper 60's and 70's in dressage and had clean jumping rounds in the Virginia Horse Trials.
