As an exhibitor, you are provided complimentary registration (included reception) to attend the OFPA 107th Annual Convention on Tuesday, April 2 and Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at the Holiday Inn Convention Center and Hotel, Springdale, AR. Tickets may be purchased to attend the breakfast and lunch as well as extra reception tickets for clients. Registration Process: 1) Complete Preregistration Form below. 2) Submit form electronically and receive an itemized invoice via email. or Print completed form 3) Mail payment check with printed form or invoice to the above address.

Registration and Cancellation Policy: Registration is required for all events. Registration can be cancelled by written request to OFPA. No refunds after March 25. Substitutions are allowed. “No shows” will not receive a refund.
