As an exhibitor, you and a guest are provided complimentary registration to attend the OFPA 104th Annual Convention on Tuesday, April 6 and Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Convention Center and Hotel, Springdale, AR.

Tickets may be purchased to attend the meal functions at an additional cost.

Registration Process: 
      1) Complete Preregistration Form below.
      2) Submit form electronically and receive an itemized invoice via email.

                                              Print completed form
      3) Mail payment check with printed form or invoice to the above address.

If you only want to exhibit you do not have to return this form.

Registration and Cancellation Policy: Registration is required for all events. Registration can be cancelled by written request to OFPA.
No refunds after March 1. Substitutions are allowed. “No shows” will not receive a refund.
