Rooms are held and rates are guaranteed until March 5th. Please make your reservations by that date. Rooms have been reserved in the two hotels below; when making a reservation be sure to ask for the math conference special rate. Note: junior mathematicians that apply for reimbursement are expected to stay at the Sleep Inn and share rooms. If you have no one to share a room with, e-mail us and we will find someone for you (please mention your name, dates of stay and whether you are male or female).
If you stay at the Sleep Inn you will need a car. Please consider renting a car and staying there; the airport shuttle is quite expensive and 2-3 people renting a car together will be able to save a substantial amount of money.

The nearest airport is North West Arkansas Regional, airport code XNA. From the airport you can either rent a car or take the shuttle (the shuttle prices are approximately $36/one way, about $55 round trip, 3 people travelling together $36/round trip each; we will update the webpage with precise prices at a later date). If you plan to rent a car you can also check fights to/from Tulsa, Oklahoma (airport code TUL). The drive is a little under 2 hours (you will need a few dollars in change for toll). There is no public transportation between Tulsa and Fayetteville.
