Airlines
We are served by Northwest Arkansas regional Airport (Airport Code: XNA). This is not the Fayetteville airport south of town - this is a new airport built in 1998. Information about the airlines that fly here is available on the airport web site: http://www.nwara.com/

Transportation from the hotels to the University and the Town Center
If you do not have your own transportation, please let us know and we will arrange rides for you to and from the Clarion and the Cosmopolitan.

Driving Directions and Parking

Parking
Thursday night and Saturday morning - please park in the Stadium Parking Deck (see directions below). These facilities are free after 5pm and on Saturday.
Friday - please park in the Harmon Parking Garage, located behind the Physics Building (see directions below). Parking here is not free, but we will validate your ticket at the registration desk.

General Directions from I-540 to the Physics Building
Take Exit 62 off I-540 and then turn East onto Sixth Street. Turn left onto Duncan Avenue, (immediately before railroad trestle), and continue until you see an enormous parking structure on your left (nine stories high). Park your car in the parking deck. You are now directly behind the Physics Building (South of it). Walk North out of the parking deck, cross the street and walk up the pathway until you get to Dickson Street. The entrance to the Physics Building is just to your left.

Located in Sam Walton's original Bentonville variety store, the Wal-Mart Visitors Center traces the origin and growth of Wal-Mart. The center was created as an educational and informative facility for those interested in this American retailing success story. Crystal Bridges at the Massey is a temporary exhibition space and educational and community resource for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Located on the first floor of the historic Massey Building just off the square in downtown Bentonville, the facility provides an opportunity for the public to discover art and traveling exhibitions, experience arts-based educational programs, and learn more about the world class Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art opening in 2010. The Hunt Institute established this international exhibition series of botanical art and illustration in 1964 with the hope of supporting and encouraging contemporary botanical artists. Every three years, this series features the works of talented botanical artists from around the world. The artwork selected may have been created for scientific studies, publications, gallery exhibitions or other commercial applications, but each artist brings a personal aesthetic sensibility to the subject.
