Seok-Eun Kim (B.P.A., University of Seoul, South Korea, 1991; M.P.A., Iowa State University, 1997; Ph. D., University of Georgia, 2002) is an assistant professor. His specialty is Accountability in Public and Nonprofit Organizations; Organizational Behavior and Change; Government Innovation and Performance. He has published in Administration & Society, American Review of Public Administration, Public Performance and Management Review, Review of Public Personnel Administration, and among others. He is the undergraduate public administration program (BSPA) adviser.
