Dr.
Petretic joined the faculty at the University of Arkansas in 1991,
following 10 years as a faculty member at the University of South
Dakota. Her clinical interests include treatment of child,
adolescent and adult assault victims, family dysfunction, and adolescent
behavior problems. Her primary research area is interpersonal/family
violence. A secondary interest is in the study of children and
adolescents who have a history of family violence and/or child abuse.
Dr. Petretic is the
Director of the Psychological Clinic at the University of Arkansas. She
serves on the Editorial Board of the journal Crisis Intervention and
Brief Treatment.
