You will arrive in Arkansas at the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA). You will be greeted by Spring International staff once you leave the Terminal area and arrive downstairs on your way to the Baggage Claim area. We will be monitoring your flights for any problems or delays in your travel.
If you do not see anyone carrying a sign with "Spring International" on it within 15 minutes of your arrival, go to an Airline Desk and ask them to "page" Spring International. Wait 10 minutes more and if no one responds, call Spring International at 479-575-7600 on weekdays or at the numbers listed below on evenings and weekends.
If no one is available to pick you up at the airport, you may call for reservations at the Days Inn (479-443-4323) or the Radisson (479-442-5555). They will send a van to pick you up at the airport.
Also, bring Traveler's Cheques with you in the event that you need cash for a hotel room or an emergency.
