The historic aircraft in the Arkansas Air Museum are unusual among museum exhibits because most of them still fly. There are few "stuffed birds" in this collection. From world-famous racing planes of the 1920s and 1930s to an early airliner, the planes are maintained in flying condition.  Admission by Donation:  Adults -- $4.00, Children 6 to 12 -- $2.00, Children Under 6 -- FREE

Are you ready to regain control of your money?  All counseling services are free, regardless of your income level.  Credit Counseling is available in-office, by telephone, and online.  Other available services include a debt management program and financial seminars.

 

Farmer’s Market – Downtown Fayetteville Square
The Square Gardens is also host of the Farmer's Market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. On these days area farmers and community members set up booths to sell plants, flowers, fruit, vegetables, art and more. 

 

Food Stamp Program

The Food Stamp Program provides food assistance to eligible households to cover a portion  of an eligible household’s food budget.   Benefits are distributed through Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT).  In addition to food assistance, the program provides food stamp recipients with nutrition education, employment & training, and work experience.

Facilities include a gymnasium, fitness and aquatic centers and a rock-climbing wall.  Youth volleyball and football programs are also offered. Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program provides financial assistance to approximately 60,000 households each year to help them meet the costs of home energy. It also offers weatherization services and case management activities designed to encourage households to reduce their energy costs and need for financial assistance.  For information, please contact this unit or your local Community Action Agency.
