Made up of non-traditional and commuter students, our student Peer Mentors assist UA undergraduates in adjusting to life at the University. This is a volunteer opportunity for students to provide support through shared experiences. Being a peer mentor requires spending a minimum of one hour a week in our 6th floor Commuter lounge. During this time, our Peer Mentors are free to study, relax and watch television, and interact with other students. We recruit and train peer mentors at the beginning of each Fall and Spring semester. If you are interested in becoming a Peer Mentor, please stop by our sixth floor Union offices.
