Fall 2009 Final Examination Schedule

The first scheduled meeting time for a class determines the final examination period for that class. Classes having a common final examination for all sections should consult the schedule below for exam time of common final. Students with a time conflict between a common final and a final exam scheduled opposite the common final in a regular class period, should take a copy of their class schedule to the coordinator of the common final exam (consult academic department for coordinator's name) and request accommodation of the time conflict.

Classes with starting times after 4:30 p.m. are not included in the Final Exam Schedule. Classes starting after 4:30 p.m. will have final examinations scheduled during the hours the classes normally meet, the first available meeting day during the week of final examinations. Classes which begin after 4:30 p.m. meeting on the day of the week which is the last day for finals, will have the final exam scheduled on the previous Saturday during the hours at which the class normally meets.

Each faculty member is required to give final examinations at times specified in the final examination schedule. Whenever circumstances make necessary a deviation from the announced schedule, clearance for such deviation must be obtained from the appropriate dean and the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
