Change of Residency

Students admitted to the University as non-residents retain that status until such time as a petition for reclassification is approved by the Registrar's Office. For the Fall and Spring semesters, students must apply by the fifth class day. For Summer, students must apply by the last day to add classes for that session.

Due dates for payments are not extended pending appeal for reclassification; however, the non-resident fees will be cancelled for any term in which classification as a resident is granted.
