From the North (US71)

Take US 71 Southbound into Fayetteville. Once in Fayetteville, US71 becomes I-540, Follow I-540 to the 71S exit, (71 Scenic Byway). US71 will end at a traffic light at S. School Street (71 B). Turn left, and proceed on 71 B for approximately 1 mile, Turn left on Research Center Blvd., and follow it to the Research and Technology Park.

From the South (I-540)

Interstate 540 North leads into Fayetteville. Take the Cato Springs/Razorback Rd exit (Exit 61) off of I-540. Turn right on Hwy. 112 (Razorback Rd.). Follow Razorback Rd. over the overpass and travel .7 miles. Take your first right onto Cato Springs Rd. Follow Cato Springs Road to 71 B (S. School St.). Turn left on School St., and then take your very next left on Research Center Blvd. Follow it to the Research and Technology Park

From the South (US71 Scenic Byway)

Follow US71 North past the Fayetteville Municipal Airport (Drake Field). One mile past the airport there will be a traffic light at the intersection of US71 &71 B. Proceed straight at the light on 71 B (S. School St.). Follow S. School St. 1 mile past the intersection of US71/71 B. Turn left on Research Center Blvd. & follow it to the Research and Technology Park.

  Proximity to Amenities

An attractive and vital downtown makes Fayetteville a desirable community in which to live. Mixed-use development on Dickson Street hosts thriving retail businesses, restaurants, housing units, and entertainment venues including nightclubs and the Walton Arts Center. The downtown Square has restaurants, retail stores, banks, professional services, and the newly constructed Town Center convention hall.

The ARTP is located close to two city parks, proposed multi-use trail sites, and a number of restaurants and businesses. The economic development influence of the ARTP will create a zone of desirable development from I-540 to the campus, and from Razorback Road to Hwy 71B.
