Phyllis Speer of Buffalo City, Arkansas, is regional education coordinator for the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission. She appears regularly on "Arkansas Outdoors" on AETN-TV, where she is well-known for her outdoor recipes. She is involved in all the education programs for the AG&FC and coordinates the "Becoming an Outdoor Woman" program for Arkansas, as well as the "Watchable Wildlife-Take a Look" program. Her outdoor passion is turkey hunting with a flintlock and bow hunting. She also likes to fish, canoe, camp, garden, cook and read.
