Agriculture Background & Experiences:
I grew up raising & showing Registered Polled Shorthorn Cattle. My family also raises & rides Registered American Foundation Bred Quarter Horses. I was very active in 4-H and FFA.

What Can I bring/contribute to the 2006 AWIA Conference?
I bring passion for agriculture to live & thrive in the state of Arkansas & strength for resilience & dedication of the women in Arkansas Agriculture whom are not recognized nearly as much as their male counterparts. A wish to extend agriculture education throughout the curriculum of Arkansas schools to enlighten others to our wonderful way of life. A hope & dream to pass on a wonderful life choice to enter & promote agriculture to the next generation.

Anything Else:
I am the proud mother of a seven year old daughter who already is participating in showing cattle & helping out on the farm. She also helps educate the fortunate few in her class(es) about farm life & agriculture, she loves to enlighten them at show & tell where she often explains where food (meat) comes from.
