Developing a Nutritional Label

A Service;
We at the Institute of Food Science & Engineering at the University of Arkansas provide nutritional labeling as a free service. We only ask that you provide us with exact information such that the nutritional label can be calculated accurately the first time. All information that you provide will be handled in the strictest confidence.

Filling out the Form;
To obtain a nutritional label for your product, please fill out the information in the on-line form or printed version to mail in. Make sure to fill in all the portions of the form. I must have the container size to calculate "number of servings". Also, the program used for nutritional labeling does not always take "volumetric" measures ( i.e. teaspoon, cup, gallon) so I suggest you always use "weight" measurements (i.e. lbs, oz etc)

Disclaimer; The Institute of Food Science & Engineering uses the Genesis Database program for developing nutritional labels. This is the same program used by a number of major food processors and is highly accurate provided the data provided by you is correct and detailed. The Institute of Food Science & Engineering therefore not responsible for any errors in the nutritional label.
