Experience:

Spring 1994 – Fall 1999: Assistant Professor in Physics: Shanghai Electrical Machinery Technical College, Shanghai, China.

Spring 2003 – Fall 2003: Technical assistant in clean room: High Density Electronics Center, Univ. of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR USA

 

Current Research:

• Dots-in-a-Well structure design for infrared photodetector.

• Fabrication of Quantum well and quantum dots infrared photodetector.

• Photoconductivity measurement for quantum well and quantum dot photodetector.

 

Goals:

Photoconductivity of quantum well and quantum dot infrared detector for the cover range of 5-30um.
