Welcome
Welcome to the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 030 at the University of Arkansas. Here you will find some of the most outstanding cadets in the Air Force ROTC training program as well as many of the most motivated students on campus. Cadets gather every week to further their development in both the community and prepare for active duty.
This detachment has won numerous awards, including the Air Force ROTC Southwest Region High Flight Award for Best Small Detachment and the national Right of Line Award for Best Small Detachment, both awarded in 2006.
Each week cadets gather for various activities, including Physical Training, Briefings, Marching, Morale-Welfare-Recreation (MWRs), Rock Climbing, and various other things designed to test cadets both mentally and physically. The ultimate goal for cadets is to commission as an Air Force second lieutenant upon graduation.
